Where can I find a MIDI cable to connect my ctk-471 Casio Keyboard to my computer? I've checked Radio Shack and Office Max.

You're looking in the right neighborhood. The big electronics and computer stores -- Fry's, Computer City, CompUSA, Best Buy -- would also be worth checking. But, hey, you have internet access -- why not do a Google search for it?

I got mine at the Cables N More site a few years back and they work fine. Currently $19 for the cables and $4 each for the extensions (highly recommended).
