I try to connect to the news server only once every 3 or 4 days, and it looks like there is a problem. I remembered the site and found the forum. Cant wait till everythings working good again.
I found some older postings about PDF. Problems is it seems you can only search one archive at a time.
Anyway just checking in with y'all.

You might want to download the Offline Forum (http://www.noteworthysoftware.com/nwcforum/offline.htm) which is essentially the forum archives condensed into a Windows Help file. You can then do the usual Windows "Find" thing on it to find topics of interest.
Yeah, bummer about the newgroup... we http://news://news.ezusa.net/ntworthy.nwc addicts are having severe withdrawal symptoms... like chatting endlessly on the Forum about when it's on and off, with meanderings into other domains. :)
