The above with service pack 1, 2, &3.edited by Richard Woodroffe with contributions by Fred Nachbaur and Jason Walker is it still available for download? I only got about half of it printed first time around.Where do I now find it on the site? Is it still available ? Thank you

Since this was, in a sense, a "third party" effort, and not directly produced by NoteWorthy Software Inc. (though published with their consent) it was apparently deemed appropriate to have it available from the independently owned and operated "user support" page.
