Can the pitch band have higher values than 8192 or something in NWC? If the answer is no, I think I have a little problem.
Strictly speaking, the problem is not with the numeric range of the pitch bend MPC, but with the setting of a separate MIDI controller that determines how the numeric value of the pitch bend is interpreted. Be that as it may, NWC unfortunately doesn't currently allow you access to this other controller (which, according to my feeble understanding, is not interpreted in the same way by all soundcards or other MIDI devices).
However, you may want to look at https://forum.noteworthycomposer.com/?topic=1263 for a hack that can be used to work around the current pitch-bend MPC limitation.
