I know this isn't exactly a Noteworthy Composer question but is there any way to convert a type 1 MIDI file to a type 0 MIDI file without ripping the file open? I don't think it can be done with Noteworthy Composer... do you know of any programs which can do this?

NoteWorthy Composer can do this.
Use File>Export> then select Type 0 from the arrow list.
