In a song, I am putting staccato as the perfomance style. But I want it for only one measure. So how do stop the staccato? If I made it legato wouldn't it be legato throughout the rest of the song?
In the song Rhapsody In Blue piano solo it starts out with a septendicet(I don't know if thats actually what its called but it like triplet except its 17). It also has a decuplet(10) as well in the first page. How can I write this in NWC. I don't think I explained this very well, so I am giving the first page of the solo.
Well heres my problem. I have arranged a piano piece and at the beginning I want it to say Piano as the part it is. But when I select staff labeling and press preview on the Treble Clef it has Piano, and on the Bass Clef it has Piano-1. But I just want it to say Piano. How do I accomplish this?
Fantasia Moonlight sample included in NoteWorthy Well, it took me a while to realize that there were two extra staffs in that sample thats doing all the work. I then muting those two extra staffs(the hidden ones). And it wouldn't play anything even though the two Standard ones weren't muted. I looked around and I couldn't find anything thats muting those staffs. So my question is: What is muting those staffs?
Is there anyway to make the tempo swing? (two eigth notes tied = a quarter note and an eigth not tripled)
Also, is there anyway to make the notes smaller. Like for instance, I was writing a song that had two people in it. And there is a piano and a bass. I am writing the piano part. But I want to include the bass part in the piano line, but I don't want it to seem like its part of the piano part. So is there anyway to make the notes for the bass line smaller?
How do I change a NWC song into a PDF document. Because I am making a song for a friend, but he doesn't have NoteWorthy, and if he downloaded it, and tried to print it, it would say Author: UNREGISTERED COPY OF NWC Title: UNREGISTERED COPY OF NWC!!!!!!- Right? I don't think I want him to go through the trouble of printing it, just to find useless text everywhere. And I can't print it for him, because I have a bad printer.
So what the outline of my question is: Is there anyway I can let my friend print a clean piece of music without going through much trouble? I don't mind if I go through trouble.
