I've been on other websites' SMF forums, and all of them have had a link to a place where you can change your signature under the account-related settings. But that link does not seem to be on this forum, yet I've seen people having signatures, so how do I make a signature?

IIRC it is related to privelege level - I think you need to be NWC2 Tester or above to have access...
