I recently reinstalled the NWC2 program on my new computer under Windows 7, and it is functioning as before on my old computer. Today I tryed to install the NWC2 user tool starter kit 2.5. I first downloaded the exe-file to the Notworthy Composer 2 map and then dubbelclicked the exe-file, but each time I'am getting the followig error message: "The package requires a properly installed copy of Noteworthy Composer 2. Notworthy Compooser 2 is either not installed or has been altered since its installation. Setup aborted"
I am a licensed user since version 1.75. What is going wrong here?
In the latest version of NWC2 (Version 2.1) dotted eighth notes with different stems (on different staffs) are not dotted the same way on several notes (not all): the distance between the dot and the notehead is not equal. This leads to wrong presentations of the music: sometimes dotted notes are shown as double dotted allthough they are not! See the example in the attachement (if I can send one).
I have a problem when printing a composition with 4 staffs layerd 2 by 2 when they contain grace notes at end of the staffs. The upeer 2 staffs are printed correctly, but the lower 2 staffs are cut off at the end, allthough they are displayed correctly on the screen as you can see on the attached example. Can anybody help me? Gilbert
In the latest version of NWC2 (Beta 2.21) dotted quater notes in different layers are not aligned on the printout, although they are on the screen. See the example in the attachement. Gilbert
As you can see in the attached example, the dotted eight notes are not represented the same wau stem up and stem down. Some times they are represented as dubble dotted notes, but they are not! When I export the file to version 1.75 the problem is solved. Can this be corrected?
In the last beta version (beta 2.10) of NWC2 the representation of dotted notes has a different spacing stem up and stem down, which is annoying when layering staffs with one staff stem up and the other stem down.
