Just now none of your links worked. What I thought would be a link to a nwc file was anything but.
Looks like the file is damaged. My download of it is only 279 bytes. If that is correct, it shouldn't take you much time to re-enter it.
I am surprised that NWC2 did not complain while loading it. A lot of values diverge from those which are allowed.
