Title: Midi convertion in triplets
Post by: snuff bear on 1998-12-12 05:00 am
I have an extensive quantity of midi files to convert and need help to get Noteworthy Composer to convert the midi triplets into Noteworthy triplets in the musical score. Anyone had this problem and has a quick way of solving it please?

Andrew Purdam has worked up a nice collection of macros for recorder.exe to do just this sort of thing. You can pick up the macros at the Scriptorium. There's also a link to get recorder.exe and related files, just in case you no longer have this on your system (it was a Windows 3.x program that was dropped in Win95, but will run just fine if you reinstall it).

You can also have a visual example of what the "tripletize" macro does at Andrew's page, at http://www.pcug.org.au/~apurdam/noteworthy.html#macros
Do not hesitate to ask further if needed.
