Title: Print Layout
Post by: Wayne Daniel on 1998-01-13 05:00 am
Can I change the print layout to 2 half-pages up so that I can enlarge them?
This is in an effort to overcome the non-scaleable lyric font problem.

What is the "the non-scaleable lyric font problem" that you refer to in your message? As of version 1.50, the lyric font size can be set to whatever you want.

Oops!
I was looking at an earlier thread on fonts, and ass-u-me'd they were correct when they said scaling couldn't be done.

Some direction on doing so would be appreciated, as would information on my original print layout question.

Thanks

I have found it quite workable to 'copy' from the print preview (to clipboard) and put in a DTP program where it is easily scalable. I use Pagemaker 6.5 and it needs to be in Windows Metafile format.

Try ClickBook which is available in demo form on the web and costs about $40.

It intercepts the print stream and scales and puts the pages into booklet form in lots of different ways.

I print all my stuff on double sided A3 with two pages of music to a side and that works very well.

Thanks for your comments. A helpful lady @ NoteWorthy clued me in that I had the wrong version. After downloading again to get V 1.5, I saw that it actually does have good fonts for lyrics, staff notes, etc.
