Post by: Ori Itai on 2003-11-26 12:09 am
I've made a Tempo staff with meny tempoes inserted, and now I feel it should be played faster and I wand just to "lift" everything up by' let's say 20 time units.
how can I achieve that? should I realy move over the whole staff? can the MPC help me ?

There is not any way to alter a collection of tempo changes "en masse" with NoteWorthy Composer. The only way to alter the existing tempos would be to select and edit them.

However, you can quicken the process a bit by highlighting the staff with the tempo markings, going to Edit->Find (Ctrl-F), and searching for the category "Tempo". This will take you to -- and highlight -- the first tempo marking after the cursor. Edit->Properties (Ctrl-E or Alt-Enter) to change the tempo marking. Once you've closed that dialog, Edit->Find Next... (F3) will take you to the next tempo marking for editing. Repeat until Find Next reports that there are no more tempo markings.
