Where do I go to change from bowing to pizzicato?

You have to use an Instrument Patch. Press I, and then select Pizzicato Strings. Place it before the notes you want to be pizzicato, and it should work. Do the same thing to change back, except select Strings instead of Pizzicato Strings. This works the same way with all instruments.

But is it possible to show the pizzicato notes as X'es instead of normal ovals?
