overbounds are not correctly stored

After editing, correcting or re-editing
bar overbounds, some notes keep on ringing through
the entire piece. The staff notation is correct, though...

I conclude that the staff display is not using the same
data as the MIDI player does.

any experience with this problem?

Is it possible that an accidental is in effect before the bar but not afterward?

So the MIDI synth is told to turn ON B-flat, and then turn OFF B ... leaving B-flat to drone throughout the piece.

You can find the stuck note by using the find feature - Go to the beginning of the staff, press Ctrl-F, select "by category" and "hanging note tie."

Het is een bekend probleem. Als je een kruis of een mol hebt in een maat, en de betreffende noot is overgebonden naar de volgende maat, dan moet je in die volgend maat de kruis/mol ook weer opnemen. Je ziet 'm dan ook grijs worden - het is a.h.w. een overbodige notatie, maar voor Midi is het wel nodig.

Sorry guys - couldn't resist. It's still simpler for me to give a comprehensive explanation in my native tongue...
