ornaments in NoteWorthy Composer

Now that we can select the fonts at will, I discovered that it is possible to use the Bach font to add ornaments such as mordents, turns, Schleifers etc to the score. I selected Bach as the font of choice for Staff Italic. The font uses the alt key and the number pad for the symbols, as well as offering a normal querty keyboard. The font can be downloaded from winsite and simtelnet archives.

In the same manner you can, now, use the MusicalSymbol font
built in NWC to bypass the limitations of NWC in writing
chords with rests, or chords where the note sung by the
lower voice is higher than the note sung by the higher
voice. You just have to find the ASCII code corresponding to
each note or musical sign by using a program like Word.
This ASCII codes should be available in NWC help files; I
put this query in NWC wish list.
To add notes as text it's preferable to use the font
built in NWC, rather than the Bach font, as the notes
of the built in font are exactly similar to those written
by NWC (of course).

Nice trick. But you can then forget about putting regular text above the lyric line.

We need a text font with music symbols added in as special characters. Especially a selection of < and > crescendo and decrescendo ("hairpin") symbols.
