Title: Optional warning when closing
Post by: Flurmy on 2012-12-10 08:34 am
I'd like to have a (optional) warning when closing NWC with more than one score open.
It happened to me that, while listening to a score, I looked at another. Then, having finished with the latter and wishing to close it, by mistake I closed NWC.

Well, of course I could be smarter but I think it's too late... I think I can only become more stupid! :-)

You might look at 'Exit warning threshold' in File Options. Mine is set to 2 and I don't have your problem :)

This is undocumented as of NWC 2.5.5
The help for the File Options Dialog Tab (http://ntworthy.com/nwc2/help/TAB_OPTIONSFILE.htm) is out of date.

Now I remember having seen it...
Thanks.

But there is a catch: "number of unsaved files".
My files were not unsaved.

I mean something like firefox: "you have x pages open: do you want to close them all?"
Of course, something like that is good to be optional.
