Does anyone know how to make(or can make me)orchestra manuscript paper.

If you want to use NWC to create scores, just add new staffs and use the program.

If you want to print scorepaper for manually writing music, check out the Scriptorium.  You'll be able to produce blank scorepaper, but you'll likely find you're printing 8.5 x 11 paper, which is not an optimum size for writing music.

I'd recommend visiting your local music store and buying the scorepaper that best suits your needs.  It's probably not much more expensive than printing out the blank score paper, once you factor in paper and ink costs for your printer.

I make my own using MS Word :)
