Title: using on another computer
Post by: brakn on 2009-05-27 07:41 am
Forgive my ignorance as I have yet to purchase Noteworthy.

If I do buy it (I have tried the free download), can I use it on different computers?

The program can certainly be installed and used on more than one computer. If it is the person who purchased the program who uses it like this it is logically OK but for some other person to have free use of a very good and very competitively priced program is immoral.

The license that came with a compiler I bought in the 90's said it was "like a book.  You can read it elsewhere and you can let someone else read it, but it can never be read by two people in different places at the same time."

That's great folks. I can stick it on my laptop as well - thank.
